Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup chopped parsnip
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 peeled, cored, chopped green apples
  • 1 large chopped green pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground egg shell

Directions

  1. In a large bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  2. Place in greased loaf tin or form into individual loaves and place on lined baking rack.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before rmoving.
