- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup chopped parsnip
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 2 peeled, cored, chopped green apples
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground egg shell
- In a large bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients.
- Place in greased loaf tin or form into individual loaves and place on lined baking rack.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before rmoving.
