I knew Kirby was lonely after a foster left but I didn't realize how badly he needed a permanent playmate. We adopted Kenzie just 4 months ago and she has made such a difference. These two just clicked from the start. They play, they snuggle, they follow, they watch, they basically do everything together. We are very blessed!Read More
No one really knows how many K-9’s are currently serving in the United States but I read where it’s estimated to be around 50,000. According to the Officer Down Memorial Page twenty-seven K-9’s lost their lives in 2014 and twenty K-9’s lost their lives in 2015 in the line of duty. Hopefully every state will enact laws mandating the killing of these dogs carry the same penalties as killing an officer. These are the beautiful souls we have lost so far this year.Read More

And I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.
And I'd gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land God bless the U.S.A.
One night an angel of the Lord appeared to the shepherds who were tending their flocks of sheep. The angel announced that the Savior had been born in the town of David. Suddenly a great host of heavenly beings appeared with the angels and began singing praises to God. As the angelic beings departed, the shepherds decided to travel to Bethlehem and see the Christ child.
There they found Mary, Joseph and the baby in the stable. After their visit, they began to spread the word about this amazing child and everything the angel had said about him. They went on their way still praising and glorifying God. But Mary kept quiet, treasuring their words and pondering them in her heart barely grasping that sleeping in her arms was the Savior of the world. Paraphrased From the Gospel of Matthew and Luke
